The Site is an informational and marketing website. It describes the construction services we offer, explains how projects and permitting generally work in Van Nuys and the San Fernando Valley, and gives you a way to contact us.

Construction work is governed by a separate written contract
These Terms cover your use of this website only. They do not govern any construction work. If you hire us, the work will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will set out the scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, change-order process, and the protections California law requires for home improvement contracts. If anything in these Terms conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for the work.
Information on the Site is general, not professional advice
Our guides describe how permitting, zoning, and construction typically work in our area. They are general information, not legal, engineering, architectural, financial, or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for plans prepared for your property or for guidance from the relevant agency.
Building codes, zoning rules, state ADU law, permit fees, and processing times change, and they apply differently from lot to lot.
